Mystery shopping
We wanted to find out if members of the public are able to get copies of our information leaflets from their health board, and from NHS services (for example, GP surgeries, pharmacies and hospitals) in their local area. We also wanted to find out if NHS staff are aware of our information.
To do this, we asked the Scottish Consumer Council's Consumer Network volunteers to carry out some mystery shopping exercises. You can read about the research and its findings in the mystery shopping report.
