Liz Macdonald

Liz manages Health Rights Information Scotland for Consumer Focus Scotland, and is the policy manager for health and social care policy.  She has managed and carried out research in areas such as access to primary care services, public attitudes to data sharing in the NHS, and the public’s knowledge of their health rights.  Liz has worked at Consumer Focus Scotland (formerly Scottish Consumer Council) since 1993 in various roles, and has been a policy manager since 1997.
