The Association of Community Health Partnerships’ annual conference and AGM will take place at Crutherland House Hotel, Strathaven Road, East Kilbride on Thursday 9 and Friday 10 September 2010. The key themes over the two days will provide delegates with a practical focus on how CH(C)Ps and their partners can support the improvement of health inequality outcomes in the key area of early years, the redesign of services, CH(C)Ps as advocates for community led health and resilience along with links to social enterprise and  supporting employability and self management support.

The final programme will be circulated in early August.
