Giving feedback or making a complaint

 We have now completed version 5 of the national leaflet on making a complaint about the NHS. This revision reflects revised Scottish Government guidance and also includes information on how to give feedback to the NHS. The title of the leaflet is now Giving feedback or making a complaint about the NHS. HRIS has also revised the fourteen local board versions of the leaflet to take into account changes in contact details.

The revised information is currently available as an A5 leaflet and an A4 downloadable factsheet, and can be accessed from the Patient Information section of this website.

Alternative formats will be produced in due course including:

  • easy to read
  • audio in English
  • large print
  • BSL
  • ten translations (Arabic, Bengali, Chinese, French, Hindi, Lithuanian, Polish, Russian, Spanish and Urdu).
