Information to be reviewed over the coming months
In the next few weeks, we will consult with key stakeholders to review 3 HRIS leaflets and a flyer:
- Confidentiality - it's your right this explains how the NHS protects personal health information and Confidentiality - your rights (the young people's version of the confidentiality leaflet)
- How to see your Health Records this explains patients' right to see and have a copy of their health records, and
- How the NHS protects your health information this flyer with local contact details provides a summary of Confidentiality - it's your right.
The intention is for the revised version to be available in February 2012.
