Children in Scotland
The national agency for voluntary, statutory and professional organisations and individuals working with children and their families in Scotland.

Consumer Focus
Created through the merger of three consumer organisations – energywatch, Postwatch and the National Consumer Council (including the Welsh and Scottish Consumer Councils), Consumer Focus is the new statutory organisation campaigning for a fair deal for consumers. It will be the voice of the consumer, and work to secure a fair deal on their behalf.

Consumer Focus Scotland
The Scottish Consumer Council, energywatch (Scotland) and Postwatch (Scotland) merged on 1 October 2008 and is now known as Consumer Focus Scotland. This is the new consumer champion working to secure a fair deal for consumers across Scotland.

Aims to improve the health of the people of the UK, to improve the quality of healthcare and to improve the quality of health policy.

Scotland's Commissioner for Children and Young People (SCCYP)
SCCYP promotes and safeguards the rights of children and young people living in Scotland. This site is for anyone who wants to learn about policy and research, read the latest news and interact about issues concerning children and young people.

Scottish Council for Voluntary Organisations (SCVO)
The national body representing the voluntary sector, working to advance the values and shared interests of the voluntary sector by fostering co-operation, promoting best practice and delivering sustainable services.

Scottish Health Information Network (SHINE)
SHINE aims to ensure the best possible access to the knowledge base of health care through supporting activities and developments in library and information services in Scotland.

Voluntary Health Scotland
The national network of voluntary health organisations.

Volunteer Development Scotland
Volunteer Development Scotland influences policy and strategy and implements quality standards and best practice in all aspects of volunteering, including the provision of disclosure service and expertise.
