Long Term Conditions and Social Care Initiative
The aim of this Long Term Conditions Alliance Scotland (LTCAS) event is to enable a dialogue among those receiving, planning and delivering social care, and help inform emerging developments on increasing integration of health and social care. The event will be designed to maximize participation, particularly from people living with long term conditions and engage decision makers in listening to what participants have to say.
