What is a podcast?

A podcast is an audio file. If you subscribe to receive a podcast you don’t have to visit the website you have taken the podcast from to find out if anything new has been published there. You will receive the audio file as soon as it’s available.

You can listen to podcasts on your computer, or transfer them to a portable device, for example an mp3 player, and listen to them on the move.

How do I subscribe to podcasts?

You need special podcast software or an RSS feed reader on your computer to subscribe. Once you have installed the software, you can choose what content you want to receive.
