Revision of consent leaflets
Two leaflets have just been revised: Consent - it's your decision and Consent - your rights. Updated print files for these can be accessed from the print files page of the Professionals section of the HRIS website. Large print and easy to read versions of the adult leaflet are also available. Audio and BSL versions and translations in ten languages will be published on our website as soon as they become available. The next review date for this information is February 2013.
